Specialty Paper, Paper Products, and Supplies

The County of Ocean is soliciting bids for a contractor to supply specialty paper, paper products, and miscellaneous paper supplies. This solicitation includes various sections for different types of paper products, including letter-sized cardstock, cover and specialty paper, certificate paper, and other miscellaneous paper products. Vendors are also required to provide a discount rate off the list price for any items not explicitly listed in the specifications, which will also apply to printing and cutting services. Custom paper orders are permitted, with all associated costs to be included in the quote and discounted at the same rate. Bidders must fill out the manufacturer/packaging field and provide item-by-item descriptions for any proposed substitutions or exceptions. This section for discount rates will only be awarded to vendors who are awarded one of the other ten sections; vendors cannot bid on this section alone. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts for this section and will request quotes from awarded vendors to determine the lowest price before placing orders.
