The retreat is scheduled for August 14-16, 2026, and will accommodate up to 20 adults, 25 children, and two staff members. The requirement includes lodging for 12 rooms over two nights, buffet-style meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) served in a private conference room, and access to on-site family-oriented recreational activities and team-building facilities. Specific amenities required include standard audio/visual equipment, furniture, and family-friendly items such as highchairs and changing tables. The pricing structure must include all costs for meals, conference space, and standard amenities in a single, nightly room rate. The venue must be a smoke-free, family-friendly resort located within 120 miles of Lackland Air Force Base.
