Description

This presolicitation notice is for muzzle brake forgings, per Drawing # 11583670, Revision New, for the 155mm M776 Cannon. The quantity required is 40 each, with delivery FOB Destination. First Article Testing is required, though it may be waived. The estimated date of solicitation is May 21, 2026. To be eligible for award, offerors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration with current representations and certifications. Access to the technical data package, which contains Militarily Critical Technical Data, requires an active DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office. Foreign sources (other than Canada) will not be considered. This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
