The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is requesting proposals for office space in Madison County, North Carolina, with a preference for the city of Marshall. The required space is approximately 1,550 net usable square feet. The lease term is desired to be 5-10 years with renewal options. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the North Carolina eProcurement Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) by 4:00 PM ET on June 19, 2026. The space must comply with all local and State building, safety, and zoning codes, including OSHA provisions for the disabled, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The lessor will be responsible for providing adequate lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and janitorial services, as well as maintaining the building and grounds.
