Dental, Vision, Podiatry, and Audiology Services for Thomson-Hood Veterans Center

The Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking proposals for comprehensive dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology services for the residents at the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center (THVC) in Wilmore, Kentucky. Services include routine and emergency dental care, vision examinations and eyewear prescriptions, foot care and podiatry services, and audiology services such as hearing tests and recommendations for hearing devices. The selected offeror will be responsible for providing these medically necessary services, documenting patient care, and establishing a regular monthly schedule for visits. Emergency visits must be performed within three hours of an initiated call if resolution cannot be achieved by phone. The contract will be for an initial term from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for two additional two-year periods.
