Description

The Brunswick & Topsham Water District (BTWD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the demolition and ecological restoration of the Jackson Station, a decommissioned drinking water treatment plant located at 266 River Road in Topsham, Maine. The facility, originally commissioned in 1970 and decommissioned in 2023, housed treatment, distribution, and administration operations. The project scope includes the removal of the entire structure, including all subgrade components, followed by complete ecological restoration. BTWD has selected the Progressive Design Build Project Delivery method for this project.
