Conference Spaces for Examinations

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure is soliciting bids for multiple conference spaces to be used for examinations. The agency is looking for spaces in four geographically diverse locations across the Commonwealth, generally in metropolitan Boston and in central, southeastern, and western Massachusetts. The space will be used one day per month for separate morning and afternoon exam sessions, each accommodating 150 seats. Requirements include tables and chairs or individual desks for 150 people, a check-in area, and a check-out area.
