Scoreboard Supply, Installation, and Repair Services

The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) to pre-qualify vendors for a variety of scoreboard requirements. This initial term is set to commence around September 1, 2024, and conclude on August 31, 2025. The contract includes the possibility of five separate one-year renewal periods, extending the potential term through August 31, 2030. The DSBN intends to pre-qualify multiple vendors for these services. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals even if they miss the initial deadline, as the DSBN will continue to accept and review submissions throughout the contract duration. Qualified vendors will be added to the pre-qualified list on an ongoing basis. This RFSQ (24030) will be reposted periodically to maintain an open process for adding new vendors. Once a vendor is qualified under Contract 24030, they are not required to respond to subsequent postings of the same contract number. The DSBN adheres to the Broader Public Sector Directives of the Province of Ontario and complies with applicable trade agreements, including the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, CETA, and CFTA.
