Description
This opportunity involves amending the Comprehensive Plan for the City of College Station. The amendments are based on recommendations from the Comprehensive Plan 5-Year Evaluation and Appraisal Report completed in 2025. The scope includes text revisions across all ten chapters of the Plan, as well as modifications to all maps within the Plan. Specifically, this encompasses the Planning Areas Map, Future Land Use & Character Map, and the Thoroughfare Plan Map, in addition to the Action Plan. Public hearings are scheduled for the Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 7, 2026, and for the City Council on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
