Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental Services

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for protective clothing and operational supplies rental services for their Baldwin Park Area Office. This is a re-bid opportunity. The services include the rental, delivery, pickup, and cleaning of various uniform items such as jackets, shirts, and trousers, as well as mats and shop towels. The agreement term is anticipated to be from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. Bidders must comply with all instructions in the Invitation for Bids (IFB) and will be evaluated based on the lowest bid. The CHP has waived the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement but offers an incentive for DVBE utilization.
