Sale of Expended Small Arms Cartridge Casings

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the sale of expended small arms cartridge casings (ESACC) through a 24-month term sales contract. The material is located at DLA Disposition Services Pearl Harbor, HI. There are two authorized end uses for the ESACC: reloading (which requires shipment to the Continental United States) or recovery of material content (which requires mutilation). Exports are prohibited. The material is sold as-is/where-is and may contain residual hazardous substances. Bidders are responsible for all shipping costs and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding handling, processing, and disposal.
