Reagent/Rental for Automated Analyzers - Lackland AFB, TX
DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DHA)
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of providing reagent and rental services for two fully automated, random-access analyzers. These analyzers are intended for the 59th Medical Wing at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. The requirement is for systems that can handle high-volume laboratories, test up to 25 different analytes from a single sample tube, and offer a broad test menu including over 50 assays for autoimmune, infectious disease, and specialty immunoassay testing. The systems must be compact, with specific physical dimension constraints, and require minimal daily and weekly maintenance. The contract would include the provision of Bio-Rad reagents on a cost-per-kit basis, along with all labor, materials, equipment, preventive maintenance, training, transportation, consumables, installation/removal, and major/incidental repair services at no additional cost. Emergency telephone assistance and on-site troubleshooting by a Field Service Representative are also required. Delivery of the analyzer systems is anticipated within 30 days after order receipt.
