Snack and Beverage Vending Machine Services

The City of Pomona is soliciting bids for snack and beverage vending machine services to be provided at various city facilities. The contract is expected to be for a term of five (5) years. The selected contractor will be required to provide machines equipped with credit card readers, in addition to traditional coin and bill acceptors. Any associated fees for card readers, such as processing and transaction fees, will be the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor must adhere to all City of Pomona ordinances, park rules, business licensing requirements, and Public Health food service regulations, including any specific Los Angeles County Health Department mandates for vending machine services. Any proposed modifications or enhancements to the vending machine services must be negotiated with the City and require prior written approval.
