Uniforms for County Departments

Dona Ana County is soliciting sealed bids for uniforms to be used county-wide. The county intends to establish a price agreement that will be effective from the time of award until June 30, 2027, with the possibility of three additional one-year renewals at the county's discretion. The county reserves the right to award this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to multiple firms. Orders will be placed on an as-needed, indefinite quantity basis, and no purchases are guaranteed. Materials must be all-weather if applicable. The required sizes include men's and women's regular sizes from Small to 4X Large, as well as Tall sizes from Large to 4X Large. Uniforms must be delivered within 45 days of receiving a purchase order. The solicitation lists specific items such as long and short-sleeve work shirts, polo shirts, various types of pants (including denim, carpenter, and coveralls), sweatshirts, jackets, and vests, with specific brand names and model numbers provided as examples of quality standards.
