Dry and Frozen Foods Bid

The Lafayette Parish School System is soliciting sealed bids for dry and frozen foods, identified as Bid# 52-26. Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. CST on May 27, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the LPSS Purchasing Department Conference Room. Complete bid specifications and forms can be obtained by emailing Kristie Sam at kpsam@lpssonline.com or by accessing www.centralauctionhouse.com, where any addendums will also be posted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and title. Late bids will be returned unopened. The School System reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. A preference of up to ten percent may be applied to Louisiana-manufactured products that meet specifications. Award of the contract is contingent upon fund availability. The Lafayette Parish School System encourages participation from minority-owned and small business enterprises.
