The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive vending machine services at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL). The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing, installing, stocking, replenishing, servicing, and maintaining both snack and beverage vending machines in employee-facing break areas and public-facing locations. The scope of services includes furnishing new vending machines (less than three years old) that comply with all federal, state, and county codes, as well as ADA guidelines. Machines must be equipped with cash and cashless payment capabilities and have a downtime of no more than 24 hours for reported issues. Replenishment of stock should occur weekly on average, with high-volume areas requiring restocking twice weekly. The contract will have a term of 5 years. Pricing for employee locations will be based on actual product cost plus a capped vendor margin of 10%, with no commissions or revenue sharing. For public locations, pricing may reflect market-based rates, and a percentage fee of gross receipts, with a minimum of 20%, will be payable to the Aviation Authority.
