Description

The Army is seeking innovative commercial solutions to rapidly train and qualify aviators, improve pilot proficiency, and grow the aviation industrial base. This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) aims to provide the Army with access to innovative solutions enabling the Army to evolve quickly and maintain a competitive edge. There are three identified areas of interest: fixed-wing aircraft training, rotary-wing aircraft training, and unmanned aerial systems training. Awards issued under this CSO include FAR contracts and non-FAR agreements to support Army modernization priorities and improve readiness.
