Cass County Justice Center Parking Lot Resurfacing, Sealing, and Striping

Cass County, Texas is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the resurfacing, sealing, and striping of the parking lot at the Cass County Justice Center. Interested parties can obtain bid packets from the Cass County Auditor's Office at 604 Hwy. 8 North, Linden, Texas 75563. The deadline for submitting sealed bids to the County Auditor's office is 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 4th, 2026. Bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked "RFP 2026-0002." Bids received after this time will not be considered. The Auditor's Office will review proposals for completeness before they are presented for award during the Commissioner's Court on June 9th, 2026.
