Jordan Creek Trail-Sherman Trail Construction

This project involves the construction of a 10-foot wide concrete multi-use side path along the west side of Sherman Street, requiring the relocation of the curb line. Additional work includes fence removal and replacement, driveway reconstruction, stormwater drainage improvements, removal of pavement and curbs, grading, erosion control, and site restoration. The project will be administered according to the City of Springfield General Conditions & Technical Specifications for Public Improvements adopted August 15th, 2025, and will be inspected by the City of Springfield. Awarded contractors must be a MoDOT Prime Contractor due to grant requirements.
