Professional Aerospace Contractors Association Briefing for Industry 2026

The Professional Aerospace Contractors Association (PACA) of New Mexico invites industry representatives to its 38th Annual Briefing for Industry (BFI) event. This conference, held from August 17-20, 2026, at the Marriott Albuquerque, will feature presentations on anticipated contract opportunities exceeding $20 billion for the upcoming fiscal year. Attendees will gain insights directly from government agencies and program offices regarding their mission needs, program objectives, and acquisition strategies. Key presentation topics include Research & Development, Test & Evaluation, Technical & Analytical Support, Operations & Maintenance, Systems Procurement, and more. Expected participating organizations include the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), United States Space Force Space Rapid Capabilities Office (Space RCO), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC), Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), Space Systems Command, NASA HAF Small Business Programs, and others. Registration for BFI 2026 will open in late May or early June. Non-government attendees must be U.S. Citizens and possess a valid DD2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement), verifiable via CAGE Code. Details for acquiring or submitting DD2345 forms are available through the Joint Certification Program (JCP) and on the BFI event website. Government organizations and small businesses with active SBIR/STTR projects are eligible for no-cost exhibit space.
