Blanket Purchase Agreements for Supplies and Equipment

The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait is seeking qualified and licensed local vendors to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for a wide range of high-quality materials, equipment, and products. These BPAs will cover sectors including, but not limited to, plumbing, irrigation, and mechanical supplies; electrical and lighting components; various types of tools (power, carpentry, masonry, heavy-duty); construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, paints, and insulation; mechanical equipment like pumps, compressors, HVAC components, and plumbing fixtures; and safety and industrial supplies including personal protective equipment (PPE), fire protection equipment, and industrial tools. The anticipated performance period for these BPAs may extend up to five years. The total value for all awards under this BPA is not expected to exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), currently $350,000. Individual orders placed under the BPA are generally expected to remain at or below the Micro-Purchase Threshold (MPT), currently $15,000, unless otherwise authorized by the Contracting Officer. Interested vendors must submit a company profile detailing relevant supply categories, a capability statement, a valid commercial registration and license to operate in Kuwait, and relevant past performance and experience.
