HVAC Control Upgrade for Wartmann Hall

The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is soliciting proposals for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the HVAC Control Upgrade for Wartmann Hall. This project requires the selected firm to furnish all necessary materials, equipment, and labor, including software and licensing, to upgrade the existing HVAC control systems. The new system must be compatible with Niagara or Honeywell platforms. The scope of work includes the installation of system components such as sensors, controllers, actuators, panels, routers, and switches, as well as providing system schematics, wiring diagrams, testing, and on-site staff training. Bidders must be properly licensed in the State of Florida at the time of submittal.
