Twin Hollow Campground and Cabins Expansion Project
HATFIELD MCCOY REGIONAL RECREATION AUTHORITY
This project involves the construction, erection, and installation of water and wastewater infrastructure to connect the Twin Hollow Campground and Cabins to the existing systems owned by the Town of Gilbert. The scope of work includes an elevated water storage tank, a booster station, approximately 3,500 linear feet of gravity sewer lines, and 6,850 linear feet of waterlines, along with all necessary appurtenances for complete and operational systems. The project is expected to be substantially completed within 180 calendar days and fully completed within 210 days. Bidders must comply with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) requirements and affirmative action steps, as well as non-discrimination in employment policies. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, mandating that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials be produced in the United States, absent an approved waiver. Additionally, bidders must comply with West Virginia state laws regarding contractor licensing and drug-free workplaces.
