Grocery and Catering Services

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Outside Grocery & Catering Services, including food and snack items. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation offering period. The term of the contract will be from the date of award for one year, with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms until October 31, 2027. Vendors must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail and shall not accept or process orders without a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD. CFBISD will award to various vendors meeting specifications for this RFP.
