HVAC Filters for Thompson School District

The Thompson School District, operating as a cooperative through the Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group, is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of HVAC filters for all district facilities. These filters must meet specific product requirements including being a pleated type with moisture-resistant support and frame, UL Certified, and meeting specified MERV ratings and particle efficiency standards. Bidders must provide pricing for various filter sizes and quantities as detailed in Attachment #1, with delivery to each school site. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-nothing basis to the bidder offering the most advantageous pricing that meets all specifications. The initial contract term is one year, with options to renew for four additional one-year periods.
