Cosmetology Student Kits

The Onondaga - Cortland - Madison Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) is soliciting bids for Cosmetology Student Kits (RFB - 226 - 54). These kits are intended for use by cosmetology students at OCM BOCES facilities to support their curriculum and New York State Certification/Licensing requirements. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extensions. Each kit must contain a comprehensive list of items including various brushes, combs, clips, rollers, capes, dryers, irons, mannequin heads, and sundries, as detailed in the provided specifications. Vendors must be authorized resellers and distributors of the manufacturers' product lines they bid on. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor.
