Performing Arts Supplies, Equipment, and Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for performing arts supplies, equipment, and services. This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation aims to establish agreements for goods and services related to the performing arts, to be utilized by EPIC6 members on an "as needed" basis. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to responsive and responsible proposers who meet the minimum evaluation score of 70 points. Awarded vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future Cooperative members. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal as defined in Texas Education Code Chapter 44.
