Home Inspection Services for Mobile County Commission

The Mobile County Commission is soliciting proposals for professional home inspection services for single and multi-family properties. Inspectors must be licensed by the Alabama Department of Finance Division of Construction Management and be familiar with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS). Services will be funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or other applicable funds. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format via email to ben.kim@mobilecountyal.gov by 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The County reserves the right to approve or reject any and all proposals and waive any irregularities. Minority and Women owned businesses, as well as Section 3 qualified entities, are encouraged to submit proposals.
