Flood Irrigation Services

Mesa Unified School District #4 is soliciting bids for flood irrigation services, to be provided on an hourly rate basis. The district encompasses approximately 200 square miles and has 50 sites requiring this service. The district currently averages around 7,000 hours of flood irrigation annually, delivered by two separate water companies. The contract is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, or the date of award, and will continue for one year through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of up to four additional one-year extensions, subject to funding and satisfactory performance. Bids must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov portal by June 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM local Arizona time.
