Comprehensive Insurance Broker and Consulting Services

The Fort Smith Airport Commission is issuing this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms for Insurance Broker Services for the Fort Smith Regional Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance brokerage and consulting. Proposals will be evaluated by a selection committee, and at least one qualified firm will be chosen based on the established criteria. Submissions must include one signed original (unbound), one copy, and one electronic PDF copy. The deadline for submission is June 11, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. All proposals must be clearly marked "BROKER SERVICES RFP" and sent to the Airport Administration Office, Attention: Lindsay Conley, 6700 McKennon Blvd, Ste 200, Fort Smith, AR 72903.
