This project involves the replacement of three air-handling units (AHUs) and the kitchen overhead door air curtain at the Magnolia Dining Facility, B7409, located at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. The scope of work also includes the replacement of motors and bearings for eight kitchen supply fans, eight kitchen exhaust fans, and six additional exhaust fans on the rooftop of the facility. The magnitude of the proposed construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Key activities include demolition of existing AHUs and fans, installation of new AHUs, supply fans, and exhaust fans, and associated electrical work for new equipment. The project also requires testing, adjusting, and balancing of the completed system to ensure positive pressure within the dining hall. The period of performance is 145 calendar days after award.
