WU015 - Boughton Water Main and Surface Improvements

Ogden City Corporation is seeking sealed bids for the WU015 - Boughton 33rd to Gramercy WTR construction contract. This project involves the installation of an 8-inch water main and associated water services along Boughton from 33rd to Gramercy. Additionally, the scope includes surface improvements such as concrete work and asphalt patching. Prospective bidders must possess experience in civil road construction and utility installation, hold a valid E100 license, and be in good standing with Ogden City. Attendance is required for all contractors intending to submit a bid. Sealed bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the City Engineer to the 2nd Floor Information / Constable Desk at 2549 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT, no later than 3:00 PM on May 7, 2026. A bid opening will follow at the 7th Floor Conference Room. Late bids will not be accepted. Ogden City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in its best interest.
