Description

The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a design-build contractor to fabricate and install a new video display upgrade for the Armed Forces Recruiting Station in New York, NY. This project involves the installation of four new digital rooftop video display panels, each weighing approximately 28,000 lbs. The work must be executed with minimal disruption to the high volume of pedestrians and local businesses in the Times Square area. The solicitation will be competed as a small business set-aside and will be procured using a Design Build Two Phase Best Value Trade Off strategy via Request for Proposal (RFP).
