Kitchen Cooler and Freezer Replacement

Brea Olinda High School is seeking a contractor for the replacement of their kitchen cooler and freezer. This is a prevailing wage project, and bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Work may be performed outside of regular working hours, including weekends and nights. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on the total net base bid amount, with the option to include add alternate bid amounts. Bidders must provide the name and location of subcontractors performing work exceeding one-half of one percent of the total bid, and all subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license and be registered with the DIR. Failure to provide complete information will result in bid rejection.
