Bus Maintenance Parts and Supplies Bid

The Rapides Parish School Board is seeking sealed bids for bus maintenance parts and supplies, identified as Bid No. 27-07. Bids will be received until May 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the Purchasing Department of the Rapides Parish School Board Office Building, located at Sixth and Beauregard Streets, Alexandria, Louisiana. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Specifications and bid forms can be obtained by emailing purchasingdept@rpsb.us, mailing a request to P. O. Box 7117, Alexandria, Louisiana 71306 or 619 Sixth Street, Alexandria, LA 71301, or by visiting www.centralbidding.com. Fees may be associated with the use of this third-party site. All bids must include bid security in the amount of $1,000.00, submitted as a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Bank Money Order, or Bid Bond from a Louisiana-licensed company. Awards will be made at a later School Board meeting. The Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
