Elevator Maintenance, Service, and Repair Contract
White Plains City School District
The White Plains City School District is soliciting bids for a labor and materials contract for elevator maintenance, service, and repair. This contract will apply to all properties owned and/or operated by the School District. Services include regular inspections, adjustments, repairs, and replacement of elevator components, as well as emergency service calls. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option for two additional 12-month periods. Bidders must be qualified and experienced, with mechanics holding at least five years of experience and proper New York State certifications. All work must comply with the City of White Plains Elevator Code and New York State Labor Laws, including prevailing wage rates.
