Purchase and Delivery of Liquid Oxygen (LOX)

The Southwestern Power Administration, Department of Energy, is conducting market research to identify capabilities for the purchase and delivery of Liquid Oxygen (LOX). The LOX will be delivered to the Table Rock Dam Powerhouse. A Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) may be awarded to a single primary contractor responsible for providing all work detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a Sources Sought notice for informational purposes only and not a solicitation. Responses will be used to determine the best procurement method, which may include a small business set-aside, full and open competition, or a sole source award. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond. The applicable NAICS code is 325120 - Industrial Gas Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. The Product Service Code is 6830 - Gases: Compressed and Liquefied.
