Description

The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Cooling System Replacement project at the First Ladies National Historic Site in Canton, OH. The project involves replacing a 60-ton air-cooled condenser, a remote chiller, refrigerant piping, and insulation, as well as two hydronic pumps. Work is anticipated to begin in the spring/summer of 2026. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $750,000. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Stark County, OH will apply. This project is set aside 100% for Women-Owned Small Businesses.
