Description

This solicitation is for regulated medical waste (RMW) disposal services for multiple U.S. Naval facilities in Guam, including U.S. Naval Hospital Guam, Apra Harbor Branch Health Clinic, Boller Veterinary Clinic, Branch Clinic Camp Blaz, and the 36th Medical Group Clinic at Andersen Airforce Base. The contractor will be responsible for the pickup, processing, and disposal of RMW generated at these locations, adhering to all federal, local, and applicable laws. Services include three pickups per week, or as needed, with signed receipt copies of shipping documents due within 30 days of pickup. The contractor must also provide a copy of their Guam Environmental Protection Agency (GEPA) Solid Waste Processing Permit and ensure all RMW containers are cleaned and odor-free. A government-provided digital scale will be used for weighing RMW prior to shipping, and the contractor is responsible for its calibration. Monthly invoices are due by the fifth business day of the month, and Certificates of Destruction must be provided for the contract duration. Service will not be required on Federal Holidays. The contract includes a base period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with two one-year option periods. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.
