STAT Reference Lab Testing for Send Out

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking reference laboratory testing services for the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care System. This is a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform clinical and anatomic pathology diagnostic testing for protocols not performed by the in-house laboratory. Services include specimen preparation, storage, transportation, analytical testing, reporting of results, and consultative services. The contractor must be CLIA certified.
