Neal Center Repairs - Metal Siding Installation

The City of Nevada is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of metal board-and-batten siding on the remaining exterior sides and columns of the Neal Center building, located at 301 N Main St, Nevada, MO 64772. The work must match the existing siding in color, profile, and manufacturer. Any rotted or deteriorated substrate encountered during the work will need to be removed and replaced, along with the provision of necessary flashing, trim, closures, sealants, and weatherproofing for a complete installation. The project excludes exterior wall areas beneath the roof overhang. A mandatory pre-bid onsite review will be held on April 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Attendance is required for all prospective bidders, and failure to attend will result in disqualification. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk at City Hall, 110 S. Ash St., Nevada, Missouri 64772, and must be clearly marked with RFB # 2026-014 for Neal Center Repair. Bids can be submitted by mail or hand-delivered; no facsimile or electronic submissions will be accepted. Late bids will not be considered.
