General Trades and Small Construction Products, Supplies, and Tools

Ysleta ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for a wide variety of general trades, small construction products, goods, materials, supplies, and tools as needed. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation period, which extends until May 31, 2027. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals promptly. Proposals will be opened, evaluated, and accepted or rejected by the district based on the criteria outlined in the request for proposal. Awards will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response, and applicants will be notified of the district's decision. Vendors are requested to offer a percentage discount off their pricing (e.g., catalog, price list, website) and/or a percentage markup.
