Procurement of FCX and Shorebox Spare Parts

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to solicit and award a total small business set-aside supply contract for FCX and Shorebox spare parts, directly supporting the Egyptian Naval Armament Department. This amendment extends the proposal due date to June 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM. It also includes changes to Attachment A, adding part numbers for items 4, 6, and 7. All questions must be submitted via ProjNet no later than May 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Any questions asked after the deadline or outside of ProjNet will not be answered. Offers from non-United States firms are ineligible for award, as per the Arms Export Control Act. All proposals must be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Environment Enterprise (PIEE).
