Description

The Supply Chain Management Squadron at Tinker Air Force Base is seeking information on potential sources capable of manufacturing aircraft slats. This includes the procurement, inspection, testing, preservation, packaging, and shipping of component parts. Potential sources may also be responsible for supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting production requirements, long-lead time parts procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortage issues, and shipping serviceable assets. The government is interested in all businesses, including large businesses, small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses (8(a)s), service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone businesses, and women-owned small businesses. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only and not a Request for Proposal.
