Flooring Finishes for Greenville Utilities Commission

Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) is soliciting bids for flooring finishes for the 2nd and 3rd floors of their main office building. This project is part of a larger renovation that includes HVAC system replacement. The scope of work involves removing existing tile, LVT, and carpet tile, and installing new tile in specified areas (bathrooms, break room, print room, board room kitchenette, GMO conference room) and new carpet tile throughout other areas. The contractor will also be responsible for removing and replacing all cove base. Approximately 7800 sqft of carpet and 2600 sqft of tile are required. The contractor must also provide four cases of tile and ten cases of carpet for attic stock upon completion. Work is to be performed during normal business hours and coordinated with GUC Facilities staff, with 3 and 7-day look-ahead schedules required. The bid will be awarded as a total bid to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
