Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide a comprehensive suite of banking, investment, and procurement card services. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing depository accounts, offering a secure online banking platform, and providing efficient cash management solutions. Additionally, the scope includes investment services guided by Missouri Revised State Statutes and the college's primary objectives of safety, liquidity, and yield. The college also intends to expand its current procurement card program, which includes managing approximately 110 active cardholders, to encompass travel-related expenses and potentially fuel cards. The selected institution must be a member of the Federal Reserve System, possess a Qualified Public Depository (QPD) status with a branch in Missouri, and meet federal capital adequacy requirements. The contract is for a five-year period.
