In-Home Care Services for Queen Anne's County

Queen Anne's County Area Agency on Aging is soliciting bids for non-medical and/or medical in-home care services for residents of Queen Anne's County. The selected provider(s) will be responsible for delivering a range of services, potentially including personal care such as bathing and grooming, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Depending on licensing, skilled nursing services may also be required. Providers are expected to clearly delineate the services they offer. The contract is anticipated to begin on July 1, 2026, and run through June 30, 2028, contingent upon the availability of grant funding. Bidders must possess proper licensing and certifications, provide proof of insurance, conduct background checks on staff, and demonstrate a minimum number of years of experience in providing in-home care services. Bids must include a company profile, a description of services, staffing qualifications, pricing structure, references, and copies of licenses and certifications.
