Counter Air Missile Program (CAMP) - Ground Launched Counter Air (GLCA) Enterprise Test Vehicle (ETV) Draft Solicitation and Industry Day
DEPT OF THE AIR FORCE
The United States Air Force Armament Directorate is planning to enter into a Prototype Other Transaction (OT) agreement for the Counter Air Missile Program (CAMP) Ground Launched Counter Air (GLCA) Enterprise Test Vehicle (ETV). This initiative aims to prototype a new supersonic counter air ETV weapon class, focusing on the development of an affordable, digital, open/modular, and highly producible ground-launched system. The goal is to support rapid integration and demonstration of commercial or minimally modified sub-systems and components into a new missile prototype, addressing challenges of system complexity and long development cycles. Industry partners are invited to provide feedback on the draft solicitation package. An Industry Day event will be held on May 27-28, 2026, at the Doolittle Institute in Niceville, FL, to brief partners on the CAMP portfolio, GLCA mission requirements, acquisition strategies, and key technical drivers. Secret discussions and open Q&A sessions will occur on May 27th, with opportunities for 30-minute one-on-one sessions on May 27th or 28th. Vendors interested in attending must submit a visit request by May 15, 2026. The formal solicitation is intended for release in early July 2026, with contract awards expected by the end of September 2026. Feedback on requirements, the draft schedule, and potential risks is specifically requested by June 2, 2026.
