East Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation Roof Repairs and Gutters

This solicitation is for roof repairs and gutters at the East Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation facility, located at 1900 Jeanwood Drive, Elkhart, Indiana. Bids are due by 2:00 PM EST on June 9th, 2026, and will be opened on June 10th, 2026. The work is to be bid as a unified project for a general contractor. Bidders must submit revised Form No. 96, a financial statement, statement of experience, and proposed plan. A bid bond or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount is required. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Out-of-state corporations must have a certificate of authority to do business in Indiana. The successful contractor must also enroll in and verify employee work eligibility through the E-Verify program. The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
