The Consolidated Plan, a five-year strategy, will identify community needs and outline how CDBG funds will be used to address them, focusing on decent housing, suitable living environments, and economic opportunities. A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631. The hearing will gather citizen input on community development and housing needs, particularly for low- and moderate-income individuals, to inform the 2025 Annual Action Plan.
